Shipping

Due to the pandemic and social distancing safety precautions, Phone ordering and free local pickup at our store location is available. You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store location during our business hours. Your order will be prepared and ready for pick up before you arrive.

SUNLAN TECH TRADING INC. only ships to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Due to carrier restrictions, items requiring truck delivery cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Territories, APO/FPO or internationally. Shipments are delivered by UPS®, FedEx® or other LTL carriers.

The exact delivery date of your order may depend on several factors, including, without limitation, the date and time you place your order, the schedules and processes of our shipping partners, holiday schedules, weather, and other factors. Even though we try to anticipate delays, we cannot predict or always prepare for delays caused by carriers, mistakes in delivery or shipment information, changes to orders, strikes, bad weather, or other similar circumstances. If there is a delay, we will do whatever we can to help move things along, although we cannot promise we'll be able to resolve the delay. Minimum Order Requirements and Free Shipping

We may, in our sole discretion, set and adjust minimum (or maximum) quantity and/or price requirements from time to time for any order or attempted order placed in our store or sites.

 

Return after Receival of Shipment

All return requests must be made within thirty (30) days of delivery, as reported by the respective third-party package delivery company, to qualify for return. Return requests received more than thirty (30) days after the date of delivery are not eligible for return. All returns must be completed within thirty(30) days of when return instructions are provided. Case lots must be returned in the original shipping carton with all individual items unopened. No partial returns will be accepted. All shipping costs for merchandise authorized by SULAN TECH TRADING INC.to be returned to SULAN TECH TRADING INC. shall be at the customer's expense and may include a restocking fee. If an order is short-shipped, the wrong product was sent, or if merchandise is damaged or defective, we will issue a full credit for the product amount. No returns or reports of damaged/defective products will be accepted after thirty(30) days.

RETURNS + REFUND POLICY

Returns

We have a 30 day return or exchange policy. Unfortunately if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Damaged Goods

Should your product arrive damaged, please reply to your order confirmation email with pictures of your damaged goods and we will replace the damaged item(s) asap. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Please then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us

Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sulantechtrading@gmail.com and send your item to: 4112A MAIN ST T47 Flushing , NY  11355.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4112A MAIN ST T47 Flushing , NY  11355. US Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You are responsible for shipping. Shipping is not refundable. If you are shipping an item over $95, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee we will receive your returned item.
